Management Information

With your busy schedules, you want to save yourself every minute you can. With our customisable dashboard you can choose the information that interests you to appear in a summarised or graphical format. You can see the order dispatch summary, goods receipt and returns snapshots within the time range of your choice. You get control of what you see.

Sales Management

Green Portal has over 70 live API Integrations, with a new one getting added every few months if not weeks. Orders from all the sales channels come into the Green Portal through these API connections. You are also able to
  • Upload orders through csv files
  • Enter them manually
  • or through a ftp file transfer

Order Processing

You can see all your order related information with your orders going through various fulfilment stages. You can edit orders and change carrier services if you want. Integrated with the order overview are your reporting tools to help you run multiple order processing related reports like the carrier service-based report or geographical report of orders to a certain region. It’s all there in one place.

Inventory Control

With our multiple reporting tools, you are in complete knowledge of your inventory levels. This is key information for you to be able to make those informed procurement or manufacturing decisions. You can set yourself up for receiving low stock notifications or reorder notifications to keep on top of your stock levels.

Returns Management

With a simple yet comprehensive returns management tool, you can monitor not just what returns have been received but also run reports to see why your customers are returning goods. This summarised, key data will help you glean crucial information to improve your product or the information you give to your customers on your sales channels. You can manage the refund and replacement tasks without having to leave the Green Portal and log into another task management system.

Product Management

With a single window, you see the products in the Green Portal and its current available stock. Additionally, you can get a quick overview of your products and stock levels. You have a separate visibility of your bundles and kits.
