How does eBay fulfilment work?
Our dynamic pre built integration with eBay with our Green Portal means you get your ebay store up and running with us in minutes.
eBay is a great sales channel but many eBay sellers like to use a 3rd party fulfilment warehouse like Green Fulfilment to fulfil the eBay orders due to eBay’s strict and non-personalised fulfilment service. You can also split orders and have some orders fulfilled by eBay and some eBay orders done by us. If you do want to do both, then we will be able to get your stock ready to be delivered into the eBay warehouses including any eBay Prep service required.
Set up of eBay fulfilment in a few minutes
We can connect to your Seller Account by either giving you our details and you simply copy and paste them or you can produce an authentication code for us to get access and we can do it for you. Our tech team is going to run a few tests to make sure all the order data is coming into our Green Portal correctly and then syncing back to eBay like it should.
Once the orders have pulled into our technology platform, Green Portal and we have fulfilled them, the order information syncs back to eBay. We close the order as Dispatched and also present the tracking number of the carrier within eBay through our connection with eBay.

The stock figures from Green Portal will sync with eBay to make sure you are never selling products that are not in stock and cause negative reviews and eBay censures.
