Fast and Scalable UK 3PL for Growing eCommerce Brands
The Essentials:

Sustainable 3PL, Certified by B Corp
Green Fulfilment is one of a small number of UK 3PL companies to hold B Corp certification, independently verified against environmental, staff, and governance standards. Paperless dispatch, recyclable packaging, and energy-conscious warehousing are built into how we operate, not bolted on. For eCommerce brands that need sustainability claims to stand up to scrutiny, the credentials are already in place.

What is 3PL?
Third party logistics, or 3PL, is the outsourcing of warehousing, order fulfilment, and shipping to a specialist provider. A 3PL company receives your inbound stock, stores it, picks and packs orders as they come in, manages shipping through trusted carriers, and handles returns. For growing eCommerce brands, partnering with a 3PL means access to infrastructure, technology, and expertise without the cost of building it in-house. For a fuller explanation of what the term covers and how the model works, see our guide to what 3PL means in logistics.
Our 3PL Services
Our 3PL fulfilment services cover every stage of the order journey, from goods-in to returns, supported by our Go Green platform.
Our UK and EU 3PL Warehouses
Our third party logistics services stretch across six fulfilment centres in the UK and EU, giving you the right inventory in the right region. Five of our six sites are in the UK. Three in Glasgow serve Scotland and route south, and two in Swindon sit on the M4 corridor for central England and the South West. Venlo in the Netherlands handles EU orders in region.
Holding stock in the UK means domestic carrier rates rather than international shipping, next-day options across most of the country, and no customs step between the warehouse and your customer. We look at the trade-offs in more detail in our guide to how to choose a UK 3PL.
| Region | Location | Services |
|---|---|---|
| UK | Glasgow, Scotland (3 sites) | Domestic fulfilment, Scottish gateway |
| Swindon (2 sites) | Central England distribution, M4 corridor access | |
| EU | Venlo, Netherlands | EU distribution, low-cost cross-border shipping |
| Global | Integrated carrier network | Worldwide DTC and B2B fulfilment |

What do our 3PL clients have to say?

“Green Fulfilment are a company that care about their customers. They are very flexible, provide great service and when we face supplier issues they work hard to turnaround our shipments.”

“Green have been our fulfilment partner for many years and have demonstrated excellent value and efficiency throughout. They are an integral part of our business and we greatly value our alliance and trading relationship. “

“Great partners…we have grown very fast almost at the same time as we moved to Green and they have not let us down…I would recommend them to other brands who are looking to grow.” – Chris Katona

Third Party Logistics FAQs
What is 3PL?
3PL, or third party logistics, is the outsourcing of warehousing, order fulfilment, and shipping to a specialist provider. A 3PL company receives your stock, picks and packs your orders, manages shipping, and handles returns.
Why choose a UK-based 3PL?
Holding stock in the UK means domestic carrier rates, next-day delivery options across most of the country, and no customs step between the warehouse and your customer. For brands selling primarily to UK customers, it removes cost and delay that cross-border fulfilment adds to every order.
What are the advantages of a UK 3PL over fulfilling from overseas?
Shorter delivery times, lower per-order shipping costs, no per-parcel customs handling, and returns that come back to a domestic address rather than crossing a border. Our guide to how to choose a UK 3PL goes through the comparison in detail.
How many UK warehouses does Green Fulfilment have?
Five. Three in Glasgow and two in Swindon, plus one further site in Venlo in the Netherlands for EU fulfilment. All six connect to the same Go Green platform, so stock is visible in one place.
Where are Green Fulfilment's 3PL warehouses?
Across the UK and EU. Three sites in Glasgow, two in Swindon, and one in Venlo in the Netherlands for EU fulfilment. Each site connects to the same Go Green platform for single-view inventory.
How much do 3PL services cost?
Pricing depends on your order volume, storage requirements, and shipping mix. We provide transparent, itemised quotes with no hidden fees. For a tailored quote, get in touch with our team.
What is the difference between a 3PL and a 4PL?
A 3PL handles the physical side: warehousing, picking, packing, shipping and returns. A 4PL sits above that, coordinating multiple providers across your supply chain. Most growing eCommerce brands are served by a 3PL. We cover it properly in our guide to 3PL and 4PL.
What is the minimum order volume to work with Green Fulfilment?
We work best with brands shipping from around 500 orders a month and upwards, including larger B2B programmes. If you’re approaching that volume, it’s worth a conversation.
When should I move from in-house fulfilment to a 3PL?
Usually when order volume, SKU count or multi-channel stock management starts taking more attention than it returns. Around 500 orders a month is where the economics tend to shift, though the trigger is often peak season strain rather than volume alone.
Can Green Fulfilment handle both B2B and DTC orders?
Yes. B2B and DTC orders are managed from the same inventory, with retailer-compliant packing and labelling for wholesale dispatches and brand-aligned packing for DTC.
How does Green Fulfilment integrate with my eCommerce platform?
The Go Green platform connects to Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, eBay, TikTok Shop, and 25+ other sales channels, with real-time stock, order, and returns data flowing both ways.
Do you offer EU fulfilment as well as UK?
Yes. Our Venlo site in the Netherlands serves EU orders from inside the single market, so stock does not clear customs on every order. See our European fulfilment services for detail.
Does Green Fulfilment ship internationally?
Yes. We ship from our UK and EU 3PL warehouses through an established carrier network, with cross-border options from Venlo into Germany, France, and the wider EU.
